Yikes that would put big dents for teams. Teams like Ottawa, New Jersey, Anaheim would be able to acquire good players for cheap

If the cap drops that much, which is unlikely, the league would have to give each team one or two compliance buyouts.

No way will the cap drop that much, If anything it stays the same. No way it's dropping $from $3 million to $6 million. I guess it could possibly drop $1 million but doubt it drops any lower then that.

Any drop in Cap would result in the league having to provide buyouts without penalties, and would need to allow teams to eliminate any dead cap already on the payroll. Teams have planned for the current, or increased payroll and any deviation in that will result in multiple additional rules needed to be put into place.

Wont happen, lol. The league is steadily making more money. Think it was 46 billion last season and they're at 50 something billion for this season. The next cap is expected to be between 84-88 million and it wont stop going up til it hits about 95-100 million.

There is literally nothing anyone has posted about the cap not increasing. The only article about cap was of 2 weeks ago where the league said it will jump from 81 to a minimum of 84. The league has already touched and surpassed last year; these 28 games(12+16) will not impact that.
So, unless you have an official article that says it wont ,take your own advice and shut up.

Yet again, there is nothing official.
He throws around a whole lot "coulds" in a worst case scenario. 700m-1b is what is at stake compared to the 48b+ theyve already made which is up from last year's 46b i think it was.
It's not dropping below what it is; the league isnt being impacted that hard.
Shhhhh, you lack comprehension.
