They already have 2 picks that are going to be high and statistically there is a large drop off the in hitting in after the second pick in a draft even with a draft as deep as this one seemingly is. It’s just math take the player who is already proven over the mystery box especially when you have two higher mystery boxes

That kind of thinking gets GMs fired. Labanc is a good player but certainly not worth close to 15th overall. Especially after this past year. Cirelli would be the much better target.

Lottery doesn't really matter for that pick, if it turns into a top 3, it doesn't belong to Ottawa.
