Lundkvist and miller will probably play in the AHL for another year or maybe another year of SHL and college before they come up. Just signed them for now. Tampa will struggle to sign all their rfa and fill out the rest of their team so sent an offer sheet to cirelli that they couldn’t match and gave up a first second and third but then got a first and third back for Strome to make up for it.

After Smith's bonus kicks in on July 1st, his cap hit (4.35 M) is more than his base salary (2.35), so his contract could help a team like Ottawa that wants to hit the cap floor but save some money while doing so.
