Pretty sure they announced it to be 83M for 19-20 last year. Obviously that didnt happen. It depends on the NHLPA. They dont want it to increase much at all because of escrow. Also if people stop going to games due to the virus that will dramatically decrease revenue. I would take this "expected cap" announcement with a grain of salt.
