Yup 50.4% odds suggest so, Colorado went to #4 overall twice, But Buffalo was dead last and got the #1 overall pick to take Rasmus Dahlin. So here's hping Detroit gets some lottery luck. But we all know that Uncle Gary has it rigged against Detroit getting the #1 pick so #4 is pretty much guaranteed.

Detroit deserves a winner so I do hope they get Lafreniere tbh
