The original offer would not garner any interest from Tampa ... a Sergachev offer would have to start with one of the following:

Kotkaniemi
Nick Suzuki
Cole Caufield
Alex Romanov

He's significant'y better + more proven than Drouin was before the inital trade.

I think Bergevin learnt from his mistake of trading Sergachev away and not get hasty just because he's French. Besides Tampa doesn't the leverage like they did with Drouin. No team will offer what the Habs had to give up for Drouin. They'll have to choose either Cirelli or Sergachev unless they somehow convince 1-2 of Killorn/Johnson/Palat/Gourde to waive their NTC.
