Markstrom is a UFA this offseason

They should get Markstrom this offseason and trade freddy. They could get a bunch of assets for him and still upgrade the goaltending position

Lol why would another team trade for Freddy when they could just sign markstrom. I like the Freddy-Campbell tandem plus woll or Scott may be ready to make the jump when Andersen’s contract expires after next year

Woll or Scott wont be ready. Teams are stupid, I bet if you were to ask all 31 gm's at least 10 would say freddy is better

They can sign a stopgap in FA (heck, just re-sign Campbell, he should come for relatively cheap and can play 35-40 games) and phase in Woll (or Scott, I just think Woll is further ahead), give him 2 years to get around 70-80 games in before he takes the #1 job.
