Win-win IMO. Chicago is unlikely to make the playoffs so they get a pick for a to-be-UFA. Calgary gets a (probably) rental who got 60 points last year for a pick. Good deal for both sides if you ask me.

Lol Ennis isn't very good my guy.

He was given a top-6 role + power play time in Ottawa and put up 0.54 points per game (almost half his points came on the PP).

Most 20-30 point 3rd and 4th liners would do the same with that opportunity.

It's relatively cheap cost for what he brings to the table; this one has me actually a little excited.

He's coming into this team with 26 pts which puts him 1 back of Gio for most points by a d-man on this team (we've not had much offense from that group this year).

Yeah that's why all the 3rd / 4th liners on Edmonton are putting up 50 points with McDavid right?

And why they're still trading to find him a line-mate right? Because he makes everyone a superstar right?

Gustafsson is a solid defender to get for the playoffs. Chicago could have gotten a lot more for him. At least a second-round pick.

Considering SJ got a 2nd & 3rd for Dillon-id have thought Chicago would definitely get a 2nd.
