I was thinking Hawks could have even more leverage to get the BUF 3rd out of it too, I didn't have CAR salary retention though. Also glad to see you didn't succumb to those out there clamoring for Turbo or Hamilton in return, staying realistic.

They can trade it. Conditions carry over as same (if it's a top 10 pick this year, it moves to an unprotected 1st next year). Tampa did the exact same thing in the Coleman deal with Vancouver's pick

I'd be pissed off if they move either one Bean or 1st. Its lost season when u lose both top 4 RDs.
I'd aim much lower ie. Bogosian for free and miller for 3rd or something like that.
Team ain't contending this year imo it would be just stupid to pay a lot to get help for this season.
