Pretty close but personally don't want JP, rather have like 2021 2nd or Samukorov instead

I agree and I don't think JP is full time NHL player.

JP was my favourite player, it’s hard to put up numbers playing 9 minutes a night... Tyler benson was the same draft as him, and is ALREADY getting more minutes 4 games in. Terrible coaching, whatever team he goes to will be lucky to have him

What a disaster. Why are you giving Detroit JP AND A FIRST ? For AA ? Look at AA Underlying numbers. They are awful. Deep dive required there . About those contracts...you aren't getting Archibald and Sheehan for that price. Gagner and Del zotto ? No and no.

Then you don't know this player very well. He has many tools . His game needs some maturing but he can most certainly play in the NHL.

He does have a lot of the tools and in slower leagues he puts them to good use. The speed of The NHL is just to fast for him mentally he can't process what is going on fast enough to be effective in the NHL.

This is simply not true. While he will likely never live up to the promise of his draft slot, he is certainly intelligent enough to b a terrific middle six and PP NHL option. A lot of what held him back previously was shattered confidence

Wow I disagree and the only way I'll be convinced is when he makes an NHL roster and if he does bottom 6 at best.. How is confidence shattered? Looking at his game logs and McDavid, Draisaitl or RNH show up on the majority of his points. After 3 full seasons and not being able to secure a roster spot his draft position means nothing.

I agree. His draft slot doesn't mean anything. Tell you what. I live in the great city of Edmonton, ive seen the player a lot. My evaluation isn't based on looking at box scores like you. ( At least in this instance). Im 50 years old , played the game into my fourty's ive coached, scouted , my family and myself have been around the game since before u were a gleam in your dad's eye. I trust my player evaluation thoroughly. Over yours most definitely. At least in this instance. Im done.

I've seen him play a few times and I will trust my opinion over a homer any day. The comments about me is just more stuff you are wrong about.
