Looking at their roster they dont need a RHD more need for LHD that's why I went to Pilut.

That is true but for team fighting for a wild card pilut doesn't really help and if they're trading trocheck their 2c theirs prob more trades coming

It’s going to take a top pair LHD....think Dahlin but on the left side. Price too high??? Probably, but they will probably go after Brodin

No way is Trocheck worth a Dahlin type player. That is severe overpayment. If you trade a talent like Dahlin than Barkov is going the other way!

I would think that they would be after either our 2nd or a good prospect plus an NHL forward and a depth d man atleast

I would be comfortable doing 2nd, Vesey or Sheary and Montour or Pilut

I edited the comment but no defenseman is worth an elite two way center one for one

That's why this trade was proposed with 3 pieces going to FLA. I think the teams could massage the deal to make it work however, trading within the division probably wont happen

It doesn’t matter how many pieces you if it’s not the right pieces. An elite top pair LHD has to be heading to Florida for them to consider trading Trocheck.
