Why wouldn't you want Strome over Kahun? I'd easily keep Strome 1 for 1

How are they suppose to go forward with Strome, McCann, Murray and Jarry all needing contracts.

I would do that in a heartbeat. But the Pens can’t afford to pay Strome his 8 million AAV in the off-season.

Kahun > Saad
Kahun > Saad w/$500K ret
Chicago can keep Saad. Pull out Kahun too.

Going with the original AGM above: Strome for Hallander, Bjugstad, 1st

Or if your plan is actually to just dump Saad, which is understandable:
Strome, Saad w/$1.5M ret (upped retention $1M from original AGM)
for
Hallander, Bjugstad, Simon, 1st, 3rd (flipped Simon for Kahun from original AGM)

Or
Strome, Saad w/$1M ret (upped retention $500K from original AGM)
for
Hallander, Bjugstad, Simon, 1st, (No 3rd, flipped Simon for Kahun from original AGM)

IDK I just don't wanna mess with the team chemistry. Offensively they're about the same but Kahun will cost less coming off his ELC and Strome is kinda slow

You obviously don't watch hockey and likely have never played the game.

Saad is dump? Saad is one of the better defensive wingers in the game, on pace for 31 goals....explain why that is a dump genius? Zucker, at basically the same cost, produces less (on pace for 25 goals) and i'll take saad defensively any day, yet the Pens paid a boatload for him.

You clearly don't know what you are talking about especially if you think Kahun is better then Saad...that's simply a moronic statement and keep in mind, we knew he was well before you knew a guy Kahun played hockey. And this is coming from someone who like Kahun a lot, but better then Saad? LMAO

They are going all in to win it again and worry about that in offseason. This team here, is extremely solid and would make them the top 2 contenders out of the east.

Ouch, you better get to the hospital to get that A put back on then.

Yes, Saad's $6M contracts is bad for what he brings. If you love Saad so much then you should be trying to get people to stop trading him (and I am referring to Chicago AGMs) as opposed to whining at everyone that poo's the trades.

I am trying not to comment on the Zucker trade for 10 games (just because I don't want a back and forth after every game), but my thoughts on Zucker are quite well known. However, as the guys on the NHL Network radio said the day of the trade, "MAJOR win for Guerin on his first trade as GM"

Oh, by the way... homerism does not equate to knowing what you are talking about. Once you accept that you'll be better off. Also, the likes of "I played the game" does equate to "I peaked in high school." And again, the better off thing.

I live in reality, not on what others do on AGM's to define reality which clearly you are doing because other AGMs want the Hawks to rebuild and sell Saad as part of that.

Yes, and Zucker is not a better player then Saad and the fact that you compare Kahun to be better then Saad says a lot about your hockey knowledge.

You'd be surprised on how many users here played pro at some level of very competitive hockey not your local high school. Assuming you are talking to people who "peaked in high school" (wherever you got that from) versus played juniors, a top prep program, NCAA, NHL/AHL/ECHL, SHL, DEL, etc. would be a bad thing to assume there buddy; I promise it's more then you think and I can assure you, spending countless hours on the ice does equate to a much better understanding of this game then from your living room sofa.

Oh okay there Mr Bobby Hall. Now you are insuating that you are an ex-professional of some sort.

Your lack of composure betrays professionalism.

How do I use these AGMs to define reality? That doesn't even make sense. Your upset that I am saying that these AGMs are out of balance. If I was saying so-n-so's value was x because that's what these AGMs value him as, then you would possibly have grounds for that left field comment. But I don't. So you don't. Try again.

Can I only be a good driver if I raced NASCAR?

Can i only comment on the Oscar's if i am an actor?

Oh boy... whole new world...

I'm calling you out for never playing the game at least at high level for making comments like...
KAHUN > SAAD....LMAO for sure you win the dumbest comment of the month award buddy and then going on to say
"Chicago wants to dumb Saad"

You haven't a clue. Stick to baseball it's easier to understand

So then you are saying that your own opinion wouldn't matter unless you played at a high level. So you are trying to make people think that you are somebody... lol

Ohhh... weren't you the guy that was the butt of jokes last month for your over the top "defense" of Saad and attacking people that didn't kneel at the Altar of Saad?

Ha!

Peaked in high school... Ha!
