Love Pietrangelo, and the contract works out as Getzy expires after next season, but that's pretty risky given it's on the wrong side of 30.

I'd probably prefer going after an RD that will leave a bit of cap flexibility (Depending on what they sign for).

Those guys are certainly all tier 2 compared to Pietrangelo, but that 7 year contract is terrifying.

I definitely agree! I don't necessarily think it's a smart move for the Ducks but just wanted to see. I do however think he will get close to that from someone if he goes to Free Agency even though it is extremely risky.
