Judging by how desperate Botts is for a forward with term, would a versatile player who can play all the 3 positions like Mathieu Perreault and a Sixth this year for Colin Miller work?

More like a 2nd and Perreault.

With the season Miller's been having as well as him getting benched regularly, you should feel lucky any pick is included at all. His value has tanked this season and Buffalo doesnt have any leverage in negotiations with him.

I'm hoping this offseason we try and make a trade like Risto/Montour/Miller + high prospect (Mittelstadt, Thompson, or Samuelsson) for some serious forward help.
