I think it's an overpayment but the team that they would have locked up for the next 4 years are contenders every year. You add Dumba to Pacioretty, Stone, Marchessault, Tuch, Schmidt, Karlsson, Theodore, and Glass and Hague developing. That's a good group of players that would be competitive for years to come.

Giving up Krebs with the 1st is a joke. Krebs is projecting to be better than Glass. Vegas has more than enough good d prospects to deal out. Vegas needs to build their farm system not give away every 1st round pick they make.
