Obviously the EDM trade is bad but what's wrong with the SJS trade?

Buch's most frequent linemates are Mika and Kreider and he's still barely managing .5ppg. He showed good potential when he first came over, but I just don't ever see him getting over the 45 point mark consistently. Puljujarvi is 3 years younger and has elite potential in the right scheme. His value is still a lot higher than most peg it at, and I think a lot of Rangers' fans overvalue Buch.

Buchnevich is already a Top 6 player. The only reason he's not got significantly more points this season is that he's been snakebit as hell, which you'd know if you'd actually watched the team. He's got the highest HDCF of any forward on the team, per Natural Stat Trick (yes, higher than Panarin, Strome, or Zibanejad). You're massively undervaluing him, and significantly overvaluing Puljujarvi, who's shown next to nothing in the NHL
