He is also the one who sees the Dougie Hamilton locker room cancer BS. Maybe he just likes to run good young defensemen out of Boston?

Cancer is an overstatement. Malcontent was more like it. Had no friends in the locker room, kept to himself, wanted out.

they are dinosaur media members who still cry about Plus Minus, players being too small and how you need to play heavy hockey to win. They need to purged from covering the game

Sure thing...probably should have gave him some support and fan engagement. Dude is pretty awesome.

Maybe the problem was Boston?

Same problem in Calgary. Maybe he just needed to mature. Or just needed a bunch of jerks. Lol.

BOS management has certainly had their fair share of failures despite team success and good coaching. Bad drafting in 2015 is definitely at the top of the list. Don Sweeney is clearly a huge upgrade over Chiarelli (a disgrace), but he could've done much better.

why is it that 2015 draft was bad for bruins. sure they dont end up with barzal/chabot/connor. but we have no idea what zboril is yet, senyshyn is trending in a good direction. Why is it that every team has to hit on their picks. That draft was incredibly deep. Why is it senyshyn and zboril are "busts" but bracco is traded with ceci for a top 4 dman? They were the same draft class, same age, bracco hasnt made it to the nhl yet, surely he too is a bust?

Just imagine if they took one of those 3 (Barzal/Chabot/Connor)? Or even Boeser/Konecny/Beauvillier? They blew it big time. No dodging this one. They could've been dominated for the next decade+. They did snag Carlo in the 2nd round though. Gotta give them props for that pick.

going into those picks they needed: left d, right d, left wing, right wing. we had plenty of center prospects (at the time). Zboril was best available, chabot was not a widely regarded top dman or else he would have gone top 10. Barzal didnt fit the positional need, they needed goal scoring, not playmaking. They didnt need centers to convert to wingers, they wanted a natural left and a natural right winger. you wanna knock them on senyshyn sure, they reached. but he had shown an ability to put the puck in the net in juniors. Taking a little longer to translate to the pros.
