Kreider will get a 1st or 2nd this year. Not sure how this fair or good deal for Rangers. They are giving up the better player in Krieder and Leafs asking them to wait a year to recoup the cost.

I saw this mentioned somewhere else. Leafs can’t trade the 2021 pick because it’s tied to the 2020 they sent to CAR (top 10 protected). They have to keep the 2021 first until they know if the condition is met, so the earliest TO can move it would be around the draft.

If Leafs add a 2nd and a 3rd and Rangers don't retain on Kreider then I suspect it would be close to fair.
As previously stated by another commenter Georgiev's value is out of whack. He isn't worth a top 6 fwd and a 1st. He seems to be a good steady goalie but his numbers do not suggest elite.

I Just think the Leafs don't have that much of interest in Kreider. Georgiev yes. Georgiev has played 23 games this year, 33 last year, Kinda think not quite backup as so many are calling him. Is he worth trading for thinking he might add some time be a 55 game starter and a good one? Is trade value will be base on that projection.
