I doubt there is any substance to this. I would imagine that idle they were shopping Hanafin it would be for an rhd. A tradecwith buffalo or Montreal would seem to fit much better.

Likely the case, WPG may be interested as well but I cant imagine the piece coming back being any less then a player of similar age, potential and term. I saw in the other thread people saying Marner. No Hanifin is not worth Marner, could he be in the future? Maybe, he has the potential. I really think If he was paired with Andersson instead of Hamonic he would be doing way better. IMO Hanifin has played quite well this year, he just plays heavy d-zone minutes and that looks bad on him +/- wise when the team is failing breakouts.

if we are looking at Buffalo I think Risto + Mitts, MTL idk maybe Suzuki or KK, and WPG would have to be around at least Ehlers nothing else really fits the bill there
