That’s damn close to acquire him. 4 players that can impact the lineup right away. Then Drozg who’s an interesting prospect could crack the lineup in the next 2 years. Possibly throw in a 2nd or 3rd round draft pick.

Not one of those 4 guys impacts a line up. They just fill it.

Adding a first round pick would easily solidify the trade. If they win the cup that pick becomes the last pick in the first round.

So why would the pens trade away 4 impact guys for 1? Makes no sense based on your logic

Um no. Of those players only Drozg is one of the Pens top prospects and then you dump Bjugstad's deal into the deal. This does not even get you close as those 4 players combined will not get 25 goals in a season.

No adding a 1st does not make this deal any better. WINGS are in the middle of rebuild, shedding older bigger deals and bringing in younger cost controlled players, and trading one of the 4 or 5 building blocks only pushes the rebuild farther down the line. Those players do not help that rebuild in any way. The pick also only pushes the rebuild back as the pick will be in the bottom of the draft and that player could take 3 to 5 years to make his debut.

Wings pass. Also throwing several players to get one in fool's gold

Drozg isn't a top prospect. where the hell do you get that from.

On top of it. I don't want Mantha. He's always hurt. He's made of glass.
