Of course they are. The question is, will they get it? And you're talking about "starting" with a 1st too, but if anybody is adding a decent prospect you'll probably have to downgrade your pick expectations.

Hall got a lottery protected 1st + a (likely) 2nd + a couple of B prospects + a C prospect - none of which are worth a 1st. Pageau should get about half that value.
