Bergevin would be fired immediately if two blue-chip prospects + 1st was paid for a rental (yes, even with the possibility of sign-and-trade). I honestly don't think anyone is willing to pay that.

One blue-chip and one pick is the general market price. And MTL won't be the one to sacrifice their future, even if there is a need for Hall's offense.

I tend not to trust the French media too much in hockey (they're a bit loopy), but this is in line with every other Bergevin-esque trade.

Montreal shouldn't have any interest in a trade like this. None of those players should be traded.
