He's worth more than Nash which is 1st + recent 2nd rounder + 40 point cost controlled middle 6 player.

The conditional first for Duchene was based off whether he re-signed.
So it was essentially Duchene for a 1st rounder, and two mid level prospects.

Most of the trades I have are Hall for a 1st and a high end prospect + another pick (could also be a mid level prospect)

So the trades Im proposing are pretty similar to what you are saying. Almost every trade is going to include a conditional pick contingent on Hall re-signing so I chose to simply leave that out.

I'd think a conditional 1st is a pretty big deal. If you're saying that we should presume that every offer listed here ALSO includes a conditional 1st based on re-signing, then yeah you're in the ballpark.
