If Georgiev is only worth a 2nd and 3rd round pick, better to not trade him and keep him as a 3rd string goalie in case of injury or let Seattle take him in the expansion draft instead of someone else. Teams are allowed to carry 3 goalies. I'd take a chance on Puljujarvi for a 3rd and a 7th round pick, but certainly not giving up more in trade than that. Max Domi has health issues that might catch up to him later in his career and Howden as a 4th line centre has put up better scoring numbers than Kotkaniemi. I'd prefer to have Zibanejad, Chytil, Strome, Howden, Anderson, and several other top centre prospects coming up through the system in the next couple of years. Also Strome could move to wing if NYR centre position gets too crowded with talent. Strome puts up better statistical numbers for the Rangers than his trade value, if he's not being traded for a 1st round pick. I like the trade for Kreider and cannot believe no team would offer a 1st round pick for him at the trade deadline like some people on this site are suggesting.
