You’re proposing that trade? Alzner is better to have in every single way; he is more useful than Lucic, lower AAV, shorter contract, not buyout proof, can be sent to the AHL, and doesn’t need to be protected from Seattle. Just because Treliving is an idiot doesn’t mean every other GM is.
