I've got Josh Ho-Sang on my Seattle franchise (I'm in the playoffs), and if I want to extend him, he wants $5 mil/year, after a 19-21-40 pts season. They've definitely done some work to overhaul the contracts, but they're definitely still pretty fuc-ky.
