I'm not sure how your expecting to get a first from mike green. I'd say he is the worst D man on the team. He make so many mistakes that lead to goals. I think they way he is playing now we would be lucky to see a third.

Helm, DLR and Abby have actually been the better line consistently. They are the only players who have been on the ice and not scored on. People don't like these players but they seem to keep the puck out of the net. They have been a hard working gritty line and we should be keeping them playing together.

Once AA puts the puck in the net they will be doing a lot better. he had about 4 perfect chances last night that he should have scored on. every game he has at least 2 chances where if those go in. its a whole different game

I agree. Green has been hot garbage. I switched to a 2nd, on a prayer. Athanasiou tries to do it himself way too much. He needs a centre that can make plays badly, Flip and Neilsen don't cut it. And I think if he wants more than $6,000,000 he should be traded. I trust Yzermans plan, but lets move some pieces out and let the kids play

the only way the penguins are taking Daley off your hands is if you are taking JJ off theirs.

I agree AA needs another C beside him. Id like to see Veleno or Rass beside him with either Hirose or Svech. But both need to get stronger on their feet. Ive been surprised with Svech so far.

I'll take Daley who's contract is up at the end of the season. I'd also happily take Ericsson for 4 more years over JJ.

Svech has impressed me thus far on the small sample size. I think he'd do well on the 2nd line if given the opportunity. I hope Veleno pans out as a #2c, but he might not quite be there next year. But again, let the kids play, whats the worse thing that could happen? Cant get any worse than we are. In hindsight Hughes over Zadina should've been our pick in 2018.

at this point lets just let AA be his own center because they dont have one to go with him. let him play with hirose and svech and let them be for 5 games see how it looks.

agreed. I don't think he is a long term fit a center but him svech and hirose might actually give you offense unlike filppula and nielsen
