I kind of want to see how turris fairs at wing. He has a pretty good shot but doesn’t seem to use it much while playing center

Turris isn’t good like he once was. Steven Santini is not even on the roster. And picks, well it’s unlikely you’ll get an NHLer out of any pick past the 2nd round. However, I see potential in Eeli Tolvanen. Keep him, maybe sacrifice a higher draft pick (eg 2021 or 2022 1st rounder). Theoretically, you could throw another defenseman into the mix; Winnipeg needs defence because of the Byfuglien suspension and Trouba being traded. Maybe Matt Irwin, or Hamhuis?
