An outside look of DAL line-up - am I far off

Capitals is my team, but what fun is it to be interested in the league if you don't have a decent idea of your opponents?

This is my outside look for the Stars line-up. Is it reasonable or do you - fans of the team - see other likely line combinations or pairings at defense? Who's got that special chemistry with another players etc.

- What's the status for Martin Hanzal and Stephen Johns?

- Gotta admit I don't know a whole lot about the talents in the Stars system, but just looking at the stats, a few of them seems to be scoring well at junior level. Is any of them likely to make the line-up? I put Kero and Mersch as healthy scratches, because it wouldn't make sense to have younger players playing few minutes, or even being scratches in NHL. IMO, better for them to play them bigger minutes in AHL.

- I know Honka is a RFA, but whatever happens, I don't see him higher than the eight players listed below.

Yes. Janmark is only fast, but he cannot score. Dickinson is more versatile.

Maybe not, but I seem to remember Dickinson and Hintz having good chemistry in the playoffs, albeit with Zuccarello (and it will have to be Pavelski now). That's why I put Dickinson over Janmark.

Overall, looks pretty good. As stated above, Johns is ready to go, and will slot on to that 2nd pair with Heiskanen. Gurianov will also be on the opening night roster, and it's very possible that he starts the season as the 2LW. Assuming Dellandrea ISN'T on the opening night roster (which he very well could be), and there are no surprise rookies that make the roster out of training camp, here are my forward lines:

Benn-Seguin-Radulov
Gurianov-Hintz-Pavelski
Janmark-Faksa-Perry
Cogliano-Dickinson-Comeau
