i dont get the vegas trade, they give up the best player and still have to give a 1st rounder away?

i think smith will be the guy to go if they run into cap problems. he has Stone above him and young stud Tuch below him on RW depth chart.
Schuldt isnt going to get a big contract 2m$ as a absolute max.

i dont think eakins is in long term plans as 3c either because they have glass coming up. but RW is by far VGs deepest positional strength so it makes sense to take from there to fill a need elsewhere.
