You may be right, one way to look at it is Gaudreau and Lindholm are having career years, why would Monahan drop. Good point. I think Bennett will be a great third liner this year, for that to happen the Flames would need to acquire a 2RW, I would love to see Dube up there raising hell but either or I want a breakout year from both!

Why do you expect regression? Their numbers were "above average" last year due to the goalie pad changes. Just like every other teams numbers were inflated

Is Monahan a point a game player again? Doubt it, but threats just me, I also don’t expect Lindholm to be pushing 80 points again. But honestly I don’t care what happens as long as they make the playoffs, that’s when they’ll make or break their season
