2009 is next, want to get that and 2010 done before the end of the season then 2011 during the playoffs. Both life and laziness gets in the way lol.

Also re: Gusev, I think it's worth noting he got 4.5 million before he played an NHL game. There was an expectation set for him right out of the gate. Also worth considering he went through three coaching changes in his short nhl career.
