Frolik already nixed a trade to Minnesota so this isn't happening.

Not sure where you heard this but its demonstrably false. Frolik has a modified NTC, meaning at the beginning of the season he submits a list of 10 teams he wouldn't accept a trade too. If Minnesota was on that list, then the trade wouldn't have even been discussed let alone almost went through. Something else happened to squash the deal at the last minute.

I've heard it quite a bit, apparently at the TDL he was asked to waive cause Minnesota was on his list and he wouldn't waive. Apparently it was a 1st round pick and Frolik for Zucker but Frolik wouldn't waive so it didn't happen. Teams can ask a guy to waive for a team if they're on his list, it's not like they'd never ask, Blues asked Stastny to waive to go tothe Jets, it happens but players don't always say yes obviously.
