I realize this is just armchair GM stuff to have fun with but I don't get your Blues/Habs trade. Why would the Stanley Cup champions give up their captain, a solid young goalie and a 1st round pick to fill a need that doesn't seem to exist for the Blues at the moment. Price is a better goalie than Binnington but the Blues just won the cup with Binnington so I don't see why, even in fantasy armchair GM world, chasing another starting goalie at the cost of their captain and a 1st round draft pick.

I agree with you on getting Stone. He really is the exact type of missing piece for our offence and I really hoped Bergevin would get him at last year tradeline. Actually I would had him play with Drouin. Drouin needs a strong forward to play in the corners and with sniper ability . Too late, he's gone and I don't think Vegas will let him go at any cost until in a few years. Can't believe we lost Radulov for about million $, he also is the type of winger we need. Not the Nylander type.
