First one in a while, so I haven't been too focused on the market value of a lot of players. Let me know what you all think.

Vegas needs to dump Patch, and I think he would be a great fit on our 2nd line. I feel Vegas has very little leverage with him, so Zboril, and 2nd, and Moore would be my top offer. If they get more than that from someone else then oh well. This is a big risk/reward type thing because having Patch and Debrusk on Krejci's wings is a much better line than the rotation Krejci is used to having. The risk side to this is Patch literally becomes useless after this year and you're dragging 7mil around.

Backes you send along with JFK's right to Minn. Minn has the space to eat Backes' contract this year and still keep the players they need to sign, and there's a good chance Backes would waive to go play in front of his hometown near his family (a la Pat Maroon). Obviously, if this dump doesn't happen, the previous move is a moot point.

Miller is shipped to anywhere that wants a 3rd pairing defenseman. I think he could get a 3rd or 4th round pick, but his health issues in the past few seasons probably has lessened that.

My hope is both Charlie and Carlo sign long term deals, but I would give them bridge deals (2 years) if necessary. Allow a bit more dead money to fall off the table, have the cap rise a little more and give them the money that they want.
