3rd round pick and pretty decent prospect for Miller to alleviate some cap space for Vegas. Might need a little more to make trade happen but just wanted to see how this team looked.

Miller's contract is what the Lightning need, he is a capable top 4 dman with a cheap contract.

One of Gourde or Killorn still needs to go but I just don't see anyone taking them right now. Next year is going to be a **** if they don't get rid of these two.

Easy Miller and McDonagh. Don't see Seattle taking on McDonaghs 7M contract for 5 more years. Expose Miller he will be in his last year of his deal at that point. Protect Hedman, Cernak and Sergachev.

Another thing the Lightning have now is more assets with Vancouver's first round pick. I don't see the Canucks making the playoffs next year so that pick becomes a 2021 first round pick. The Lightning would have two first round picks in the expansion year. to use if needed as leverage for Seattle to take a contract the Lightning don't want or use it to protect players they don't want Seattle to take.
