I guess Nashville decided to give NJ an extra player in the deal just because they think NJ overpaid for Subban LOL ... why is Nashville giving NJD so many great deals?

Wow, since I only saw future considerations I thought the player would absolutely suck, but Helewka actually looks like an interesting prospect. I don't know too much about him but initial looks in the stats department aren't bad.

23, not in the NHL been in the AHL for 3 years..............bye.

I keep saying it, people don't want to believe it. Teams are not waiting on wingers. There are too many other people who want their chance. In 3 years you either got it or you don't.

While I think you are right in the fact that teams move guys along faster, I think it is very dangerous to blanket all players into that. There are still late bloomers.

Blake Coleman (NJD), Michael Ferland(CAR), and Mats Zuccarello (DAL). Most late bloomers are bottom six guys who can play physical, kill penalties, and defend-like Coleman and Ferland. Zuccarello is the more curious of the group b/c he's a top six skill player. Very few skill players are such late bloomers. When they do make it, they're usually undersized like Zucc.
