Tampa declines. The cost to move Callaghan is likely one of: 1st, couple of seconds, or a prospect or two (of which they continue to be loaded with).
Shaw ends up as an overpriced 3rd/4th liner on Tampa (he's good, but there's a number of people ahead of him on the depth chart, and there's a number of much cheaper prospects that could be plugged in there), Kulak as a 6th/7th dman, and Lindgren as the 4th/5th goaltender (he has little to no value). This doesn't really solve their cap problems, and gives away an extremely valuable top 4 D.
