Mode - plafond salarial: Basique

Description

First Line - Speed to burn. All three can score and pass.

Second Line - Two playmakers and a finisher. Wheeler can mentor the two young players and if Rosy shines, might switch into the centre responsibilities.

Third Line - Lowry deserves the minutes and Little started his career on the RW. Hoping that the work ethic of those two rubs off on Vesalainen.

Copp was excellent at C in a limited role last season. Give him the 4th. Appleton impressed and Lindholm is serviceable.

Top 4 D is solid. Gives Niku and Pionk sheltered matchups and minutes to develop.

I'm a big fan of this post, I like what you did with all of it. I think Roslo can slot into that 2C role. I think playing with wheeler will just make him better. I'd like to have connor on that line with wheeler and roslo but I can see why you've put Connor with Schief and Ehlers.

Unfortunately he did not. This is very good.

I do not think a myers signing is happening. Chevy apparently offered Ehlers for pesce. not good. We need to keep ehlers because we plainly wont be drafting guys of his caliber anymore

Move Niku onto the right side second pairing and pray. Bealieau or Kulikov would slot in.

I actually think both sides want to make a deal work. Pesce is very good and Ehlers is streaky. Might be harder to find a stud young defenceman than another scoring winger. The UFA market could address a winger.

you are completely ignoring the fact that UFA's do not come to WPG, ever. The fact that myers is signing is good, but if Chevy tried to get pesce, that means he doesn't believe he can sign myers, or at least doesn't believe he can sign myers for cheap

Not a good idea. we have our own cap problems. Maybe if we did something like Zaitsev and Kadri for Perreault and a 2nd I would be in. But I would sill think about it

Google what True North did for Myers and his family when they had health scares a couple years ago. TSN did a documentary on it. I genuinely believe that him playing for the Jets is not just about money.

Money and term may be compromised, but there is a limit. He can get up to 6-potentially 6.5 million for 6 years. He might take 1 year less term and 1 million less but that still leaves us with 5 (very low end) - 5.5 for 5 years.

If its 5X5, I do it. but if its over that, we have cap issues we will have to deal with and paying the core is more important than keeping myers
