Turcotte or Cozens @3?

Cozens. I think he's the more skilled of the two, and he's much closer to being NHL ready.

Turcotte. Better overall player, less risk.

Turcotte IMO. Better puck handler/hands, playmaker/vision/hockey IQ, and two-way game. Cozens shot is a little better and he's more physical, but neither of those are enough to me to take him over Turcotte.
