DÉTAILS DE LA CLAUSE: Le joueur soumet une liste de 12 équipes où il refuse d'être échangé.
He's probably ANA's most cost effective Forward at this point, especially if you don't count Kase (IR SINCE Dec.). They'll recover next season. They have one of the top Goalies and some pretty solid young talent.

more value in him with term no?
12 team No Trade. That's not too bad, very movable if they need to later.
I mean a 12-team no trade list isn't great either. That many teams isn't usually given to a player of his caliber. If they did want to trade him later down the road 40% of the teams are off limits right of the bat before taking into consideration rivalry teams/division teams that the ducks probably wouldn't want to trade him to.
Rakell has had an abysmal season w/ 9G in 52 games and minus -22 rating. Silfverberg has 16G. If he was anywhere near last season's numbers ANA would be a playoff team. But you're still probably right: Rakell is the better value, even at this season's cap hits.

yeah but that's a bad way to look at it. I mean you are already looking at probably 4-5 teams being off the table due to their current situation. Like it will be Ottawa, the rangers etc. So then you are looking at 16 playoff teams, you got maybe 2-3 in division, So you got 13 teams and lets say maybe 6 of them he is no trade to.
It's definitely possible to trade out of that at deadline. You would also be trading with term now, so you get a larger return than just a rental.
I don't really see this as a problem either way. You get at least 1/2 the TDL teams to make a move with.
Silvferberg is fine but he's a 40 point guy now making over 5m. seems to be too much. what team would have offered more?
tampa has a good team but some of those middle forward contracts are going to cost them a good player. but it's not really a big problem as it happens to most teams.
