Malkin to the wild work's and could benefit both teams but the return on your proposal is off.

One of Coyle or Granlund (replacement C)
One of Brodin or Dumba (capable top 4 dman)
RFA rights to Zucker (borderline top 6 LW, but my gel with Crosby)
2016 1st round pick.
You could even add Plus a B level prospect on the Wild end. And that's being realistic.

The idea of Malkin to the Wild is great. But the return has to be worth it to Pittsburgh. Malkin is an elite number 1C, and he would have some good line options with the Wild.

Since when did the Wild get a B+ prospect? Have them been hiding them under the rug? The trade does need more.

Malkin just scares me on the Wild. Could be great, but could lose him and Parise for the same 15-20 game stretch and blow the season.
