5th round pick for a 7th round pick that is 23 and has yet to play a Pro game on North-American Ice. Not bad LA

He is the leagues leading scorer over in europe and has played with kahun back in junior. If Chicago signs him they may get another late bloomer with ties to other players on the team. Not saying it could be another panarin but another solid grab by Chicago nonetheless.

He's played in the Czech and Swiss League. Both are tier 3 leagues at best. Panarin at 22 was destroying the 2nd best league in the world. They are on a completely different skill level.

Solid 3rd liner on Chicago might still be something with the state of the hawks... Ya never know in today'S nhl who might be something...

This is the same league, Austin Matthews played in when he was 18. He had 46 points in 36 games. While Kubalik has 43 points in 38 games. Will take time to adjust to the North American ice but looks like a solid 3 line scorer.

NHL.com lists him as the Hawks #1 prospect. What am I (and everyone else) missing here? They say he's making the team next season! I can't possibly imagine how they could rank him ahead of Dach, whom they just drafted #3 overall.

Rob Blake makes Stan Bowman look like a genius. This really grinds my skin as a Kings fan. Blake sold Toffoli for a stupid low package even though he was selling a 50-60+ point player this season and after last night and seeing Kubaliks highlights and what he has done so far this year it really makes me hate Blake. He opened a door for my and dad and I once and I really couldn't care less. He is ruining our franchise. Not that you care about the Kings, but there you have it
