Beaulieu is more valuable than when MTL fleeced Buffalo for him. Not saying hes getting Ferland but he has value. He was on pace for career highs across the board until they sat him for Scandella who has been much worse but is paid more

No ones want Beaulieu. MTL have the worst LHD & Beaulieu cant even make the roster lol

Alzner fits their style more in BUF anyways as they have a balanced team with speed and size .

MTL was a bad fit given we almost always build around small speedy payers and a year after Alzner signs we trade for smaller players in Tatar and Domi while adding smaller guys like Armia Peca,Chaput,Aggistino and Kulak . MTL is so fast Alzner always seems late on the play but in BUF thats not really an issue for the role he'd play

its win win for both teams but would need pieces on both sides to balance . MTL gets another shot to re-coop their loss on 1/4 first round bust's this decade not including Mccarron so if we can get Beaulieu playing here even for a few seasons at the NHL level it would help us save face .

Scandella was good in Minesota & he’s from MTL. So maybe he can upgrade he’s game playing in MTL. Beaulieu was doing cocaine in MTL thats it

But Galchenyuk he’s a 30 goals scorer, not Beaulieu. Domi was not a huge return when we traded Chucky. People were saying we got fleeced
