True, these trades aren't mine. The Oilers would have to do a cap dump trade or have the stars take some cap.

Philly is a yes, Lindell is a solid penalty killer and a defensive defenceman.

As a Toronto follower (can't call myself a fan since I don't watch enough of their games), I'm a little embarrassed by that suggestion . . . but doesn't the Carolina trade appeal to you all? I think the Hurricanes accept because they're desperate for an actual professional goaltender.
