im trying to create fair trades for both teams while rebuilding habs, trading m.pacioretty to SJS on deadline day so he can help them push for the stanley cup again this year and recieving a top prospect in return

.as both hayes and zuccerello ufa up next year a.shaw could help them out as he can play in both areas they do and has a few more years on his contract left, then flipping hayes to there division rivals NJ DEVILS as they are in need of experience in centre as they may challenge to get back in stanley cup playoffs again, trading byron last year to canes to help fill some of the void left by Skinner

No incentive for Rangers or Canes to make those deals. Dallas and SJ look decent.

So NYR gets next to nothing for trading you Hayes, but YOU get a 1st round pick and a young D for retrading Hayes away?!? What is the logic behind this?

Pacioretty is at least getting a 1st round pick ++ in return.

i very much doubt habs will recieve a 1st for him as they have been trying to trade him around for months now with no luck, just look what canes got in return for skinner and hes a few years younger, the reason i flipped hayes for a 1st is because devils are desperate for centre as there no,1 centre is still a rookie and they may want to challenge again as habs are in rebuild
