DAMN this was hard!! They'll be crazy good, oh my god!! THE SPEED THAT THEY'LL HAVE! I know it's possible that there won't be a Team North America, but if there is, here's what I think it'll look like.

Feel free to comment, insult, argue, make fun or simply tell me how good I am (as if!). Please engage so we can have some fun.

F: It was down to N.Patrick, J.DeBrusk and M.Tkachuk. Honestly, this is very hard! I choose Tkachuk for his toughness and his all around ability, but all 3 are very good picks.
D : It was down to S.Girard, T.Dermott and J.Bean. Went with Girard for the fact that he already have experience at playing big minutes and will have that more than others coming in the summer of 2020. (Don't be suprise, though, if Jake Bean plays like a champ for the next two seasons, knock off Girard from the team and earns himself a top 6 D spot!)
On G : They'll be pretty thin here...didn't had a ton of choices. Depending on which goalie takes the next step in the next 2 years, the starter is anyone's guess (I went with C.Hart).

i have a feeling that barzal is going to regress a bit. I definitely would have eichel up on the top line if he's not playing center. i also think debrincat doesn't make his way on this team, but debrusk does. I think Chychrun winds up in the top six if he can get healthy. good player.

Most will be overage. It's only the 2018 rookies and younger that will be u23 in four years

This is in two years, so they would be 23 or younger. That said, I think Canada says "sorry, McDavid is ours" here. US does the same with Matthews.

All of 'em will be under 24 when the World Cup begins in September 2020. I checked everyone up, check it yourself. I'm no amateur ?

No they can't. Tournament rules. TC and TUSA as nothing to way about it.

I don't know, but I would imagine this wasn't drawn up in a way that puts arguably the best player in the tournament on the NA team.

There's no "top line" in those kind of teams lol. Even the extra forwards play on the first line in their respective teams! It's a matter of fit for line combination. I thought about what kind of players each of 'em are and mixed them together to get playmakers with goal scorers. My lines are very well balanced and thought out, scoring and handedness wise.

I'm pretty sure they can, why did Laine play with Finland? It can be based on the players option as well though...

Question as to whether the goaltending & defense will be good enough to hold up against the other powerhouse offenses in the tourney
