Looks fine. Only flaw is there is NO chance I'm paying Ryan, our 4C, 4 million. Especially when it's a two year deal that will carry over into the first Matthews/Marner contract year. MUCH rather give that role to Aaltonen or Lindholm who are cheap.

Carrick makes a little much too. Otherwise good.

The reason I think Carrick, Johnsson, and Ryan are making what they are is because of the short term. Ryan isn't going to sign a 2x2 as a UFA. The only way to get him for 2 years is to overpay a little. If we need to move Ryan after year 1 for matthews / marner, it will be easy as he will only have 1 year left.

I wouldn't call ryan the 4C, he's playing with Johnsson and grundstrom. Its more like 3 first lines and 1 second line.

I forgot about Aaltonen when making this. Not sure who makes it out of camp, him or grundstrom, but I think theres a good chance both plays a good chunk at different times throughout the season / playoffs.

Also its worth considering how Igor Ozhiganov and Pär Lindholm might impact this.
