Description
Roster churn... I think they're mostly reasonable.

So many roster combinations you can go with here.

Speed, toughness, scoring. Youth and vets.

Kyrou and Kostin would split time.
Husso keeps advancing, Allen takes the role of the older goalie transitioning to the future goaltender. Allen 50 starts, Husso 32 starts. If this team averaged 4 goals a game doesn't matter who's in net.

But that is a very good point, I feel like he'd be good for a young team like that.

The problem with Steen staying put is that now we'd have a cap issue. I think we have to choose between some of these options rather than do them all. I'd consider signing Maroon and then seeing if one of Zucc or Simmonds would be available at the TDL, when the cap hit is tiny and the Blues have a clearer picture of their potential.

But I want option of simm-jt-zucc + schwar/Schenn/tank
You know add a whole 1st line in the offseason, no biggie

Also I think we could get leivo a fair amount of starts.

Zucc isn't in the NYR future plans so your options are either to take a deal like this one (Tage Thompson and a 3rd pairing d-man) this summer, take a 1st round pick and a small add at the TDL, or let him walk for nothing next summer. Considering Tage is NHL-ready and would fit nicely with the rest of NYR's young core, I feel like it's a decent option. I also don't think Tage is anywhere near his ceiling and that if he adds a bit of strength he won't be far in value from Kyrou.

Nyr can get a much better prospect or draft pick to get a better prospect in general that what you are offering for zucc. His value has been discussed and it is in the area from 13-18 pick wise with that in mind there are much better options avalaiable than what you are proposing or even using zucc to move up in the draft.
