The only way the Hawks get Boqvist would be if they won the lotto but if they win the lotto they take Dalhin at #1, Svechnikov or Tkachuk at #2-3, the Hawks would have to get the #4 pick to get Boqvist and right now that would be difficult they're at #7 so they would have to naturally fall to #5 to have an opportunity... I mean if they don't win the lotto they're in a fantastic position to take Bouchard at #7, and he wouldn't be a bad consolation prize after Boqvist.

Yes, the Hawks odds of winning the first overall pick are only 7.5% but their chances of drafting in the top 3 are much higher - around 20%.
